We are currently looking suitable candidates to fill the following position:

Project Manager - Group Talent Management & Organizational Development (Ref.: A01001-AI)
(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Project Analyst)

We are seeking for a HK based 12 month contract basis Project Manager for our Group Talent Management & Organizational Development team. Reporting to AVP, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Direct and manage project planning / development from beginning to end
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Develop project communication plan with key project scope, deliverables & expected results
  • Effectively communicate project requirements and project status to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Track project milestones and deliverables
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis

Requirements:

  • University graduates with 3-5 years project management experience
  • Good organizational skills and initiative
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • A good team player

A successful talent development program, the AIA Group Management Associate Program, recruits and develops a mobile regional pool of people to take up management positions after a two-year training program.

As a Group Management Associate, you will be provided with a structured and customised two-year management training to enhance functional competency, leadership skills, business acumen and regional exposure. Individualised development roadmaps include local and overseas on-the-job training, cross functional projects participation, as well as local and regional leadership development workshops.

Career Opportunities

After this program, you will be attached to a host country or an overseas operation for further leadership development in various disciplines including Actuarial, Finance, Marketing, Distribution, Operations, Information Technology, Human Resources, Law and Compliance, Risk, Strategic Change Management and Corporate Planning.

Entrance Requirement

  • Average 3-5 years of working experience
  • Proven leadership track record
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Highly mobile
  • Masters Degree in Business or related field preferable
